物联网直接 is our narrowband non-terrestrial network (NB-NTN) IoT enabled service built on Viasat's L-band network using 3GPP standards.
Partners are developing a broad range of chipsets, modules and devices which can be embedded into proprietary devices, 车辆和物品. Incorporating seamless switching between cellular and satellite services, it is challenging existing notions of how satellite can be implemented as part of a connectivity solution.
Leveraging our relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), going forward we are enabling seamless cellular and satellite switching from one SIM. With IP and non-IP messaging formats and small messages delivered in under 20 seconds; you can minimize satcom costs on the majority of mass market applications.
